How do I use my digital card?

A digital version of your Accor Plus membership card is available on your mobile device via the Accor All app. Access your member account, make bookings and enjoy your Accor Plus benefits by presenting your digital card while you are on the go. The Accor All app is available for download via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Simple steps to access your digital card:

1. Download the Accor All app
2. Make sure you are logged in, using your registered Accor Plus username (email address) and password
3. At the top right corner of the app, tap on the membership card image
4. Your digital card will appear

Your digital card works in the same way as your physical card. Simply present it when checking in or at one of our restaurants to enjoy your Accor Plus benefits and discounts.
